True Natural Foods founder came from a family of food pioneers. Cutting his teeth in the fast-paced, industry, he learned all about creating convenient, nutritionally friendly foods.
Heart & Soul
The food he prepares must be suitable for his family and not made from modified starches, chemical colorings and manufactured stabilizers. It’s not cooked up in a lab. It is fresh, from the earth, and from the hearth.
Fast food, he thought, does not have to be bad food.
Starting out on his own at a young age, he began his quest for a greater truth: to create convenient, conveyable meal solutions that provided wholesome nutrients and fresh, vibrant flavors like those they enjoyed in his own home.
Keeping it Real
34 years later, he still runs his family business with the same ideals and instincts that he set out with long ago. Making a line of natural, nutritionally-packed products, he is helping real-life chefs, parents and kids keep it real by putting wholesome whole grains, fresh beans and vegetables, and locally-made cheeses back at their fingertips, in products that can hang in there when life goes into warp speed.
Each product is crafted by human hands, and must live up to the “in my kitchen” standard:
“If I wouldn’t serve it in my own kitchen, then I won’t sell it to your kitchen.”
From our delicious hand-wrapped, grilled burritos to our whole grain rich Edibowls, True Natural Foods refuses to sacrifice flavor, health or happiness. Our aim is not just to fill the belly, but to fulfill a hunger for lasting, meaningful meals that people can feel good about.
