Our family has been making tasty foods to serve in our own homes and yours since 1982. Our standards are quite simple: our family must love the taste, each ingredient must be natural and locally sourced, and the food must be convenient to prepare and enjoy.

Our True Empanadas Roasted Peppers & Nushrooms are truly unique. The savory filling is placed into our light, homemade pastry dough, and then each empanada is individually hand wrapped. Next, we bake (never fry) them to perfection. Find these savory pastry presents in the freezer aisle and serve them as a tapa or meal within minutes. Buen apetito!

Our Plant:

• We create all natural, Mexican “hand foods” in our USDA inspected, Silliker Gold-rated, food processing plant.
• We bake Edibowls® salad shells in a number popular flavors and sizes.  We are the originator of commercially available, edible bowls.
